Ruthida Kajumba is the Author for the book ARE YOU PURSUING AUTHENTIC SUCCESS? with the tagline: ‘Choosing a life of freedom and fulfillment’. This book was written to help her readers pause and reflect on the success they are pursuing. Is it authentic to them? Or is it based upon external influences and standard societal expectation for success? She wants them to break from the chains of standard success and pursue success that is true, meaningful and fulfilling to them – what she calls authentic success.
Ruthida Kajumba is also a Speaker and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach specializing in Authentic Success at Ruthida Kajumba Consult.
As an Authentic Success – Coach, she is on a mission to help individuals pursue success that is true, meaningful and fulfilling to them, using her signature Authentic Success Blueprint.
She also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). Her other certifications are in Success Goals, Happiness, fulfillment, Life Purpose and Public Speaking. With nearly 20 years of relevant professional, entrepreneurial and life experience, she is well-equipped for her areas of expertise in: Authentic Success, Simplified Daily Life, Life Purpose and more.
As a speaker, not only has she been invited to speak at a number of events, she also hosts her own cozy training events in an ambience that facilitates a high-touch transformational approach. Her speaking focus is in the areas of Authentic Success & Redefining Success, Simplified Daily Life & Overcoming Overwhelm, Life Purpose and the Fulfilled Life.
Ruthida’s work has featured as a Cover Story for two magazines: The Lioness Weekender of Lionesses of Africa, as well as for the Full Woman Magazine of The Daily Monitor.
Apart from being an author, speaker and coach, Ruthida owns Ruthida Crafts, where she crochets stuffed animals for children as well as for adults who are still young at heart. Her mission is to spread joy through her hand-made animal plushies.
